An addicting high-energy wine with lemonade vibes that gets our taste buds salivating and screaming for more.

Your nose will tell you lemon and lime, while your tongue will say pear, apple, and lemon zest.

• The grapes were picked in the cool of night at a mouth puckering 3.1pH — bucket loads of natural acidity to create a laser focused wine. 
• Crushed and pressed with no skin maceration apart from the transport from vineyard to winery. 
• Cold settled, racked and then left to warm and undergo a natural ferment.
• Once through primary ferment it was sulphured immediately to avoid any malolactic fermentation.
• It then spent two months developing in stainless steel, after which it was decided its freshness was too good not to bottle up. 
• Racked, and bottled into sexy retro blue riesling bottles.

A picnic outdoors, as you absorb the energy from the sun and wind. Pair it with Cantonese food like hakao over rice with chili oil and toyo.
