Made utilizing a technique similar to the unique Solera system (what Sherry makers use) - a large, old concrete vat is continuously filled with new vintages (dating back to 2010!) while 5-10% of the entire pool is bottled for each release. This results in a very layered wine with fruits and flowers that immediately hit you, with slight undertones that'll make you go *in Austin Power's voice* "It's a bit nutty!".
Earthy nutty umami notes with well balanced acidity and medium body.
