Cherche Midi Rosé

We usually don’t carry “rosé-all-day” kind of rosés, but for this quality at this price point we’ll gladly keep a bottle (or several) open all day. We recently had this and a bunch of other wines at a scorching-hot outdoor gathering, and this is what everyone kept coming back to. Crisp and easy to drink (especially if ice-cold), this will keep you feeling refreshed when the heat is on.

Just-about-to-ripen strawberry and a touch of citrus, with minerally qualities.

• Pruning using double cordon method
• The bunches are spread out and get better aeration and direct sun exposure. 
• Vinification: temperature controlled fermentation in stainless tanks.
• Elevage: aged in stainless steel and epoxy resin tanks
