Made from Garganega, a white grape native to Veneto, Italy
One of the first heavy orange wines we at Bombvinos ever tried -piquing our curiosity about the deeper-end of the skin-contact spectrum.
With 3 months of skin contact, this will certainly please those with an adventurous palate - offering generous notes of apricot jam and tea herbs. Best enjoyed during a late lunch or early dinner outdoors, this tonic has the girth to cut through rich foods like Lechon Kawali or Kare Kare. This is on the deep end of orange wines - can act as a red replacement.
Tasting Notes: Musky aromas, Bold, dry and medium acidity with structured tannins on the finish.
Type: Still Skin-Contact
Grape Variety: Garganega
Bottle size: 750ml
