Bombvinos is currently focused on importing and distributing some of the most interesting wines and spirits in the world. BUT due to a lot of opportunities in the market, we’re growing fast — so fast it’s hard to say exactly what we’ll be a year or two from now. But one thing is for sure: we have high hopes to shape the future of the hospitality industry in the Philippines. The reason for this is two-fold:

  1. We’re passionate consumers ourselves who continuously seek experiences that surprise and delight us; and
  2. We believe that the Philippines’ biggest and most under-potentialized strength is hospitality, and we want to do what we can to tap and develop that to help the country progress and uplift the lives of many Filipinos.

Strategy & Sales Operations Intern

Job Description:

In this role you will be primarily responsible for researching and engaging with potential customers so they can learn more about Bombvinos and the Bombvinos product portfolio. You will work closely with the CEO working on actual projects and partnerships that will directly impact the growth of the company. This individual must be highly motivated and detail oriented, a resourceful self-starter who is looking to develop their entrepreneurial habits. You must have a growth mindset and be willing to learn and adapt to situations.

A Strategy & Operations Intern will help the team:

  • Formulate and execute a growth strategy to increase the number of sales outlets;
  • Manage relationships with wine & spirit suppliers and ensure timely order and delivery of products; and
  • Manage importation and customs clearance by coordinating with logistics partners
  • This is a paid internship opportunity.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Help determine which winemakers/products to prioritize to optimize portfolio mix and match to existing and potential sales channels
  • Identify high-potential sales channels to tap to drive sales growth
  • Liaise with winemakers to shepherd orders
  • Prepare and consolidate documents required for regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with logistics companies on proper handling and timely shipping of products
  • Help manage discussions with regulatory consultants
  • Prepare and file product registration requirements with regulatory bodies
  • Assist management team with talent recruitment and hiring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable working independently and in collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months (remote work).

Marketing & Graphic Design Intern

Job Description: 

This is not your run of the mill internship. As a marketing intern, you will work closely with the CEO and owners of the company. You will work on actual marketing projects, campaigns and strategies that will impact the company. We will provide you an exciting and comprehensive experience wherein you will get multiple opportunities to learn and display your skills. We are looking for creative and driven individuals who can roll up their sleeves and wear multiple hats to get the job done. If you want to build a strong foundation in brand, graphic design and entrepreneurship, then you’re exactly the intern we’re looking for! 

A Marketing & Graphic Design Intern will help the team:

  • Maintain brand identity throughout different customer touch points (including social media);
  • Execute campaigns (in partnership with in-house agency) to boost sales;
  • Manage communications with direct-sales customers;
  • Coordinate with potential branding, product, or event partners
  • Represent the brand during in-person events; and
  • Assist with development of online content for social media and website assets
  • This is a paid internship opportunity.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the social media accounts 
  • Design clear graphic templates that can be used for communications i.e. social media; event assets; on-premise physical assets (posters, flyers, stickers, and other marketing materials as needed)
  • Ensure that our brand presence is consistently felt online 
  • Manage communication with our D2C clients and attend to their needs and questions through our Instagram, Facebook, and Emails
  • Assist in coordinating with agency and third party vendors (illustrators, suppliers, talent, and contacts) 
  • Assist in developing content to be shared on multiple platforms (email, social media channels, website - Shopify) 
  • Assist in developing possible opportunities with brands or organizations that would mutually benefit each organization 
  • Ensure that all assets on the website are updated and accurate 
  • Assist in developing copy for product descriptions and online assets 
  • Assist in developing video content to be used for Instagram reels, online ads, website assets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Creative self-starter comfortable working independently and in collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable in a customer- and client-facing role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months (remote work).

Sales & Business Development Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create opportunities with institutional clients
  • Lead the growth and management of B2B accounts to increase demand and revenue generation
  • Build and maintain healthy working relationships with institutional clients
  • Identify, define, and propose cross-marketing opportunities with institutional clients
  • Oversee order fulfillment with institutional clients
  • Be the point of contact in managing accounts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a sales and business development role.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in the Food and Beverage industry and in driving business growth.
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable working independently and in collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable in a customer- and client-facing role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
