A medium-bodied, classic southern French red that punches above its weight class with more aromatic nuance and mineral depth than one might expect at this price. While not 100% natural, this wine utilizes all-organic methods and minimal sulfites to create a consistent wine that you won’t feel bad opening on a Monday night. Best enjoyed a little colder than room temperature.

• The bunches are spread out and get better aeration and direct sun exposure. 
• Vinification: temperature controlled fermentation in stainless tanks.
• Elevage: aged in stainless steel and epoxy resin tanks
