Fistful of Flowers

Fistful of Flowers is a literal bouquet of flowers in a bottle form. A delicious blend of Moscato Giallo & Vermentino, co-fermented on skins, making this a chuggable orange wine because of its juiciness and fruit notes. Imagine a pretty brunch spread, with this bottle as the main event. 

Aromas of flowers and Earl Grey tea on the nose with an explosion of elderflower, pineapple and lychee on the tongue. 

• Long, steady ferments in steel for approximately 3 weeks on the skins
• Pressed, then aged in stainless
• Racked only once before bottling

A Thai dinner with Curry Kaarage Udon as your main, followed by some crunchypica-pica like shrimp okoy or kropek.
